Coronavirus Update (Covid-19)
We are continuing to operate our business in order to continue to supply product to our customers. In doing so we are taking all steps possible to protect our workforce. This is an unprecedented situation and it is one which is constantly evolving. We are regularly reviewing the situation and taking measures as appropriate. This is a particularly challenging time and we would like to reassure our staff and customers that we are doing all we can to protect the health and welfare of our staff and also all we can to mitigate negative impact on our business in order to ensure business continuity in the short and long term.
While we are currently working normally and dispatching orders in the usual timely fashion, we cannot control the delivery companies. We only use Royal Mail and Parcelforce in the UK.
While things do change frequently, and we will try to keep this message updated, please be aware and understand that deliveries could be delayed.
21/12/2020 - Latest UK borders have been closed to Freight because of the enhanced risk of the new COVID varient. We cannot say at this time what the impact on delivery timescales will be
> UK >Parcelforce have suspended their service guarantee which means they can no longer guarantee they will get the parcel to you within the specified timescales. In most cases they will still be on time but please be mindful of this when ordering. This means they will not reimburse if delivery is late - so therefore neither can we.
> UK > Royal Mail have removed their 1 PM delivery guarantee and it is currenty set as by 9 PM. So we have removed the 1PM from the option, but in most cases it will still be quicker than normal post. This means they will not reimburse if delivery is late - so therefore neither can we.
> Overseas > We have switched overseas shipping back on to many countries. BUT there could still be delays and some countries / postcodes are still in lockdown. So please allow for the delays and check the parcelforce link given below to check if your country is still recieving deliveries. If you do not see delivery charges for your country please contact us and we will review the situation
