A Steel Wire Rope Eye or Thimble can be installed inside the Steel Wire Rope Loop to protect the cable from pinching and abrading on the inside of the loop. Simply loop the cable around the outer groove and secure it with a ferrule or wire rope grip. Always match your thimble to the same size wire rope
