Outstanding customer service and a great product!

I had been looking for some specific U-bolt sizes and was going to have them made up elsewhere at considerable cost. I happened across U-bolts -R-Us and placed a specific custom order with them as they were much cheaper. Ron Taylor from their customer service emailed me back with a very acceptable alternative, clearly trying to save me some money. Further enquiries and a phone call had Ron process my order personally and from existing stock, which saved me a further significant amount. The items were for use by a charity I work for as a volunteer, so price was a major factor. It was clearly not about the sale for Ron, but about good old fashioned customer care and satisfaction - an outstanding example of both from him. The product arrived a few days later, excellent quality, well packed and appears ideal for my use. More than happy to recommend this company and product - well done all round!
