I worried that the torque needed to snap these off was more than the B&Q expansion bolts would bear, but they did snap. Next time I will buy better bolts...

OK product, but not uniform. Evident because the u-bolts (I bought 8) were not interchangeable between the holes drilled, such that one would fit but another not. Managed to make everything work by enlarging some holes and bending some u-bolts in the vice, but far from ideal especially for the price paid.
