An Honest and Fair Supplier

I ordered some U-bolts before the 1300hrs deadline in the expectation that they would arrive next day. Subsequently I received an apologetic e-mail to the effect that owing to a glitch in the ordering system, my order had not reached the warehouse (or wherever) in time to catch the courier's deadline and consequently my order would not be delivered until a day later than I had expected. However the company arranged (at its expense) a higher priority of shipment to ensure AM delivery. The bolts (which were exactly what I needed)arrived before 1030AM and the job was finished 2 hours later. Although I was initially disappointed at the unexpected deleay, I appreciated the company's prompt and honest notification, and their willingness to mitigate the efeects of the delay. I would have no hesitation in using them again.
